Monarchs Finest offers a lifetime warranty, which enables you to have one replacement of your item at their expense within the warranty period. Each purchase comes with lifetime warranty.
Our lifetime warranty covers the following issues:
- Fading/tarnishing
- Broken clasps
- Missing stones
- Manufacturer defects
However, certain situations are not covered by the lifetime warranty:
- Intentional breakages
- Stolen items
- Water damage
- Scratches
Customers will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with repair or replacement.
